This terrific custom timber frame house offers breath taking hardwood floors/trim throughout. 1st floor bathroom, large open kitchen with lots of natural light, dining area, full living room area with large sectional sofa and 72" TV. 2nd Floor Master bedroom, King bed, full bath, TV, and 1 twin pull out sofa. Bedroom 2-3 twin beds, TV's, shared full bath. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, 2 open areas; 1 Queen pull out and 1 twin pull out or used as sitting area for those who need to catch up on work or relax with a good book. Step back, step out and relax into our private peaceful outdoor oasis, fully fenced in back yard, hot tub, patio set and awning. Enjoy your time in Brockport at our cozy house! The house is beautiful. We had a wonderful time for a quick overnight. We had plenty of room for a big group. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities!

Yep - the pictures are real. This is an extremely well decorated 3 BR house that is a spectacular find. It looks BRAND NEW! Well stocked, very comfortable, and communication superb. We will book here whenever in the Rochester / Brockport area. Safe, secure, privacy fence, super clean. Would stay again and recommend highly.
