“This was a great location for a single night's stay. It was clean and mostly comfortable. I would not want to stay more than one night though as this studio is in the same house as another VRBO unit, and the wall between the two units is paper-thin. As we were trying to fall asleep until midnight we heard constant noise of doors opening and closing and people walking around. “This house is old, and does have some updates. It reminded me of my grandma’s house. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Came in to a surprise- a fenced in area in the back. It looked new so I think it is still in progress since there was no handle and latch on the inside. It was very helpful with our small dogs. “The first surprise was being asked to put used toilet paper in the trashcan instead of the toilet. I had to go back-and-forth a couple times to find out why and the host said they’ve had trouble with people over stuffing & over flowing the toilet. “Place was small but perfect for our small family. Full size bed and twin made for perfect sleeping. Clean and stocked with essentials. Backyard was perfect for our toddler with a nice player and fence in grass. If we come back, we’ll be sure to book this cute apartment. O, and the in unit laundry was great for toddler laundry. ”
