“Light on cookware and kitchen items in general. Ice maker did not work. Bathroom is really small. The living room was spacious and relaxing. Beautiful location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again, but would explore other options in the general area as well.”

“My father and I chose to stay in Brookings during a recent ice-fishing trip. The house was perfect. It has a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a very responsive host. Close to SDSU, restaurants, and a grocery store. We enjoyed the historic home and relaxed atmosphere.”
