“Front desk is great! But I checked in with kids and tried to do takeout from The Grill that first night? No way! Phoned over around 5:30 pm and was told they were so busy they’ve had to announce no more takeout! Well, there’s only limited availability in the area, so that was very disappointing. My bad I guess I should’ve studied the menu and preordered…but I grew wiser and reserved for other dinners and breakfasts in advance and things went great! The food and staff are both delightful!!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at this spectacular property. The photos don’t even do justice to the utterly breathtaking view! We really loved this spot for the 3 nights that we stayed and enjoyed conversing with Pete, who was very responsive and great to work with. We travelled with our two kids (6 and 8 years old) and the loft was perfect for them. They loved having their own space. That being said, the ladder is quite a climb and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or……

“A nice retreat with a beautiful view. I enjoyed yoga by the ocean in the mornings followed by long walks and swims at nearby beaches. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

We stayed for 8 nights and it was within driving distance of all the sights we wanted to see.The house was very comfortable and had lots of room for all us. “Stayed for 6 nights with my wife, two young children, and our dog. The home was beautiful with a big backyard and only a minutes walk to the beautiful Hunts Point Beach. Given the heat wave at the time , the air conditioning was definitely a welcome amenity!Leah was always available and super friendly and responsive to anything we needed or if we had questions. Would definitely stay again !”
