“The bath fan did not work. The heater turned off in the middle of the night almost every night. The refrigerator had a missing freezer door that nade it frost up so nothing will fit in it. The remodel was done by people who are not professional so the quality of tile and other things are shoddy. No common room. No breakfast. Nor returns so I paid for an extra night that I did not stay because I checked out a day early and they would not refund the day I paid extra for. Otherwise, clean. No bugs.……

Only thing I didn't like was the front desk clerk called me about 10 minutes ago before I got there and said that I needed to hurry because I booked his last room and people were trying to book it. “I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility.”

“I didn't get to stay here I came for my Dad's funeral all the way from Florida they took my money when I got there the person at the desk told me that I didn't have a reservation that. I then asked for a refund and was told I needed to contact hotel.com for refund. This was very devastating I had no place to stay for the night just to rest from the drive. I'm recovering from a stroke and they took my funds without a room and say I couldn't get a refund ”

"The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple, and the disturbance continued all night until 6 a.m. The man was like a pig whose soul had been taken away from his sexual desires.This was a terrible experience, and I will never return. "
