“We came in for an Alabama game and based out of Birmingham for more options. Apt 1 was a great option for 2 people and it’s located in a neighborhood close to good restaurants, etc. The place was clean and quiet. I’d stay again.”

“Great location for concert at the Coca Cola Amphitheater. The host was very responsive (we did not have any issues, but questions I had were answered immediately). Check in was easy. Apartment was clean, well appointed and decorated nicely. ”

“In town for work and decided to stay in my old neighborhood! This place was perfect, felt like I was right back home Classic Southside Bham- quaint, heavily planted, shaded, well maintained old home with some creative touches. Will definitely stay again next time I’m up here!”

“We loved the convenient location and beautiful view, as it sits atop the hill. The communication with the property manager was quick and attentive.”

“The unit was nicely appointed however we were asked to check in later because it was left it such an awful mess they were having trouble cleaning it. It did have a bad smell like a bar, but we burned a candle to help. The apartment building is nice and new and in a good convenient location. The communication was good however we had no key fob as the previous renter had lost it.”
