“Great place to stay for day hiking over at jay cooke state park”

“It was perfect for our family. A little out of town for privacy but close enough to Duluth for exploring the city.Our host was great, very responsive when we asked a question. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was spacious for cooking, the grill worked great for our needs. The games in the basement kept everyone happy and playing late into the evening.We did not use the outside much because it was chilly and lots of bugs-we expected that. But the outside had everything……

“I was up here with my coworkers for Mission of Mercy. We had a few issues come up a couple of days before our stay, but Shannon called us and told us about them and had them fixed as soon as she could. It was a great place to stay and would stay here again in the future.”

“Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here in July. Amber, the host, was very responsive. answered all our questions quickly and even dropped off coffee filters our first night, when we told her there weren't any, (and I didn't think to pack them). The home was very clean! My husband brought his little boat and enjoyed fishing. The boat launch is close, a launch pass was provided. We saw lots ducks, an eagle, loons, heard many other birds on the lake. We were visited by a Mama deer and……
