“I booked a room with double bed and single bed for 3 adults, but I got the room with double bed and a mattress on ground when checked in at 7:30 pm. The receptionist showed me the room and told me it’s the only room available for us, then got off. I was so tired after driving the whole day from Adelaide, it’s dark outside, so I had to accept the fact. After I come back to my country and complain to Hotels.com 16 days later.
