“Everything was so well explained prior to arrival, we did not have to contact Gina with any questions. Check-in/out was a breeze, and everything in the cottage was super easy to find. The property was well-kept. My one con is that the rug in the living room sheds quite a bit and stuck to our socks, but not enough to put a dent in our 5-star review. 😊 The binoculars and birdwatching book were a nice touch and came in handy when entertaining our toddler. We created some great family memories……

“If you enjoy all the nuances of staying in a historic home, this is the place to be. The woodwork, ceilings and stairs are beautifully restored. The new front door and windows fit perfectly. It’s sweetly decorated. Bathroom downstairs has all you need and the kitchen is inviting to hang out and cook. Queen bedroom is cozy and bright, the second bedroom has a trundle bed suitable for small children. The location is on a sometimes busy street weekdays but so close to the Toms River with its……
