“Not clean enough”

“整體來講不是很愉快，過去酒店前已經在網上支付預計了。來以為过去登記入住就好，哪知道酒店兩個前台服務見我是游客英語又不好，員竟然又要我交房費。我還以爲是交的押金所以就把信用卡給她们支付了。后來才知道是收我的房費。太坑人了，這是我来美國入住那么多酒店最不開心的一次”

“I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. “We were greeted by an individual whose first words to us were you didn't pay enough but that is ok because your TV does not work. Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe. The shower current was what appeared to be a Dollar Tree Liner (looked like a garbage bag) there were old tattered towels.
