A deck in between the two houses provides tons of outdoor living space. Outdoor kitchen and bar with outdoor living space and TV. The property has a private boat ramp and tons of parking. The yard slopes gently down to the dock so there is no worry of anyone falling down a steep cliff or having to climb a long staircase to get back from the water. The dock has a large pontoon boat slip / lift and another large boat slip / lift with 2 attached jet ski docks. Over 200 feet of lake front means plenty of fishing, kayaking or other activities.
