“We chose to stay off property for a recent conference. Being only the second time to use Vrbo I was a little skeptical. Especially with traveling outside the country. But our experience with Nigel and Seana was exceptional. The communication even before we left the US was immediate and extremely helpful. We avoided longer lines upon landing in St Kitts and found restaurants and must-see spots based on their feedback. The rooms shown in the picture almost seemed to good to be true, but they are……

“Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. ”

“Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location.”

“The house was lovely and view was spectacular! We were surprised when finding that 2 bedrooms shared a "jack and jill" bathroom. The description with 3BR /3Baths was misleading, since the third bath was downstairs while all BR were upstairs. It was fine for our family, but for three couples, this would be a challenge. Driving info from airport could be better, including tunnel.”

“The property was exactly as advertised. We had a group of 10, everyone had enough room. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time. The pool was fantastic. I highly recommend, and would stay here again if we ever come back!”

“A clean and cosy space to stay in with a well kept fruitful garden. Very homely.There are walks to explore on quiet trail roads, also not too far from the main island road for access to the property.Very helpful, friendly and considerate hosts.”
