Staff very friendly and helpful, beds uncomfortable but Okay for 1 night stay. Breakfast was good

The desk clerk had zero personality and should probably be in a different line of work. Check in was curt, and calls to the desk for assistance after were even less helpful

They put 100.00 charge on my cc for incidentals which is ridiculous as they no incidentals to purchase. I was suspect they would try to charge me additionally for no reason. Then at 7:30 in the morning their room cleaning guy barges into my room without knocking. I won’t stay there again.

The only thing that was just slightly under par was the heating unit did not work properly but it never got too cold anyway and we had sufficient covers so we were not uncomfortable! The little coffee pot was not working properly! But staff was great and it was quiet!

The hotel couldn’t find our reservation in their system but with a copy of our confirmation they quickly got us registered, with apologies for the mixup. They worked quickly to ensure our stay was good. Kudos to the young man at the front desk.

It was awful, the employee refused to stay at the hotel and I had to rebook him. He said it was filthy and the smell of mold was overwhelming. He tried to just stay, but once he got in his room, he said there was no way he would stay at this hotel. Hotel did agree to not charge and I am working on a refund from Hotels.com. This employee travel A LOT and said he has never seen such a horribly kept hotel.

The ceiling leaked water on the bed starting at 2:45am. The desk clerk said SORRY, that was all. She didn't offer to move us or come check on it. She said she would see what she could do about getting us a refund. When i checked out the new desk clerk said she couldn't do anything for me. No refund, no sympathy, not even another sorry. She said I had booked thru a 3rd party so I had to ask them for a refund. I'm asking now, I want a full refund! This was a terrible experience and i will never stay at another Fairfield property.
