The property itself was not bad at all the rooms were clean and most of the staff were friendly except what I believe was the owner an Indian man was very rude every time I encountered him. Very snappy and ill-tempered that taste in my mouth I made it to the point that I do not ever want to return to that property even though the property itself was great. If you do not have the personality or patience for customer service you probably shouldn't be in customer service or representing your business especially.

Owner is nasty, a very rude man. He tried to keep my deposit saying he smelled cigarette smoke and i would never even dream of giving them th opportunity to charge my card $250 for a cleaning fee. Then threw the deposit at me and told me to get out and dont come blocked my name from renting again..

There must have been a breaker tripped. Fridge, cooktop and TV wouldn’t work. Desk said they would have moved me when I brought it up at checkout but I was too tired last night. Just went to bed. Tub faucet dripped constantly also, I dropped a towel in the tub to deaden the noise. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. They tanked me for pointing out the problems.

The property was not well maintained, door locks not sufficient. The woman who greeted us, however, was as sweet as pie... the pillows were chinsey, coffee and condiments old and stale. The floors were coming up in our room (which I reported, but not sure the man who checked us out understood English). I could not recommend this property to anyone who wants to do anything but sleep here.

This hotel changed the price of the room when I went to check in. I made a reservation almost 2 weeks ahead of time and when they got there, they said they didn’t have my room and that it would cost 20% more for another room false advertising, and dishonest Never stay there again

I booked on hotel.com and when I got to the hotel I was to pay the price that hotel.com had I get to the hotel and the owner's wife comes from behind the wall and start saying that's not right charge her more so I refused and then her husband who knows me very well. The owner fixed it very fast and I ended up paying the right amount and staying there but because the owner's wife was so nasty and rude. I'll never stay there again. I refuse.

The first night was fabulous. Had a great time then the next morning I realized I needed to book one more night so I did it on Hotels.com and it told me one price and the hotel tried to charge me another price so I refused the owner was rude and I've stayed there many times before, but I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone not to stay there.
