Experience coastal Georgia from this spectacular 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental house perched on Baisden’s Bluff along the scenic Crescent River. Guests will have access to the private 3-tiered dock on the deep water river, 2 tandem kayaks, a spacious yard with a fire pit, and much more! Spend afternoons exploring the saltwater rivers, tidal creeks, and marshes before returning home to fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the patio, or plan a day trip to Sabelo Island or St Simon's Island!

Beautiful view, well stocked, perfect for group
We came for a destination wedding and family reunion, along with three adult children and spouses; sibs and their adult families were nearby. Perfect for group and served as gathering spot for all families with the huge screened porch, pavilion with seating, and gazebo. Morning coffee daily in the dock gazebo was a highlight, Even though we only had the sun on the last morn. Outdoor cooking kitchen includes a burner and giant pot - we had an awesome shrimp boil with extended family! House has best view, comfy beds, amply stocked indoor and out for cooking anything, we didn’t need to get anything except our food. HIGHLY recommend!!

A Quiet Respite
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Our favorite parts were the screened in porch and the dock. The owners were very friendly and communicated with us ahead of our check-in and during our stay when we had questions. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Beautiful home & property provisioned for the perfect saltmarsh stay.
Baisden Bluff was the perfect place to celebrate my dad's 70th. The owner is very accommodating, and even touched base a couple days prior to give me the rundown on area attractions. The area is serenely quiet; the house itself is gorgeous and spacious, with a screen porch, an amply-equipped kitchen (plus an outdoor cooking space!), a cabinet full of puzzles and board games, and two great bookcases. However, we spent most our time outside (how can you not, with such an enchanting dock, which also has a handy and plumbed fish-cleaning station?!). We explored by kayak; made use of the crab pots (supplementing our catch with a visit to Shell Creek Seafood, highly recommend); booked a fishing charter with Reel Busy (10 minutes down the road) which yielded enough redfish and sea trout fillets to feed us all week, and also brought our own aluminum canoe + 5HP motor, which we brought to the dock via Belleville Boat Ramp (5 minutes drive). We did day trips to Harris Neck NWR & Jekyll Island, but I think my favorite part was sitting out on the dock watching the stars come out and the full moon rise over the saltmarsh while owls and other night birds sang away... we're already talking about another stay here.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at the bluff house! We had 6 adults and 2 kids, the house didn't feel crowded at all. We stayed during Christmas and had everything we needed to cook everyone's favorite dishes. The owners have thought of everything for a great stay.

Spectacular
Our stay at this extraordinary property was truly delightful and met all of my expectations. The peaceful location, pleasant climate, and the calming sounds of the birds in the morning as I enjoyed my coffee made for a truly idyllic experience. The nearby river, just steps from the patio, added an extra touch of beauty to the property. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and provided a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, its proximity to Savannah, just 50 minutes away, made it a highly convenient choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Girls Getaway

Peaceful and beautiful
We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful setting this is the place to go. We caught crabs off the dock and enjoyed dinner on at the table over the water! The kitchen and home are well stocked.

My 5 siblings and I took our parents for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our stay. Fishing from the dock was great. We trapped almost 4 dozen blue crab and a few sting rays and sharks. Memories were made. I look forward to staying here again.

Great Experiencd
The property was very clean, and we loved the seclusion of it. It was a short drive up to Tybee Island, and a short drive down to Jacksonville, Florida. We also had an easy to drive to the Golden Isles, so we spent time in all of those places and got to see a lot of different things. I would have stayed full days at the house though because the property was so nice. The home already had just about everything you could need or want, including any and all supplies, which was a big relief. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfection on the Coast!
Such a beautiful place! We enjoyed our long weekend at this location more than we anticipated. Plenty of room inside and outside. My favorite evening was when we used the fire pit and grilled outside. Tom is an exceptional host and was even gracious enough to speak to my husband by phone regarding routes by boat. We cannot wait to return to this location in the future!

Thanksgiving Get Away
Our stay was outstanding. The family enjoyed, fishing, kayaking and just sitting around the fire pit in the evening. The morning views of the sunrise each morning out across the sound was a million dollar view. The home had plenty of room for all of us. I was glade I had a chance to speak with the homeowners, Tom and Steve Glenn. They were very nice and were ready to help with any question we had. I would recommend this getaway. Magical Week on the Bluff
My friend and I bring our 5 children to the GA coast every year and this was definitely one of our favorite trips ever. The location of the house is amazing and has beautiful, unencumbered views of the river and marshes surrounding the area. The house was incredibly clean and the hosts were very accommodating to any requests we had. The beds are comfortable and all appliances in good working order. We enjoyed the kayaks on the property, swimming, fishing, crabbing & dock jumping on the Crescent River. Went down to Saint Simons to spend a day on the beach and had a seafood dinner at Crab Daddy's. We chartered a boat and shark fished off Sapelo Island, smoked 2 chickens in the smoker on the property and enjoyed the outdoor eating space. We had one day of solid rain in the middle of the week so lounged around the living room and watched movies all day. We are very much looking forward to visiting this house again! Relaxing Spring Break Location
We had a wonderful vacation at Baisden's Bluff. We stayed with our 2 children and really enjoyed our time on the water and the beautiful view from the home. The home was very clean and comfortable. We brought our boat and the nearby public ramp was very convenient. We also made a trip to St. Simon's and Jekyll Island which was an easy day trip. I would definitely recommend this rental!
