“My husband and I loved our stay here at Sunny Daze. We brought our dogs. It’s so clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet, we were so relaxed. We sat in the sun room with coffee in the mornings, then hit the beach then came back to enjoy the sun deck and pool the rest of the day. The house is so spacious, huge eat in kitchen, large separate dining room, 3 good sized bed rooms, 2 full baths, living room, sun room, game room, and fenced yard with sun deck and in ground salt……

“This adorable house is in a great location- very close to the beach and just a quick drive to South Port. It is charmingly updated and very clean. The hosts were respomsive and helpful. They leave a little bowl of snacks and K-cups ascwell as a book in the house and area attractions.We will definitely book this house again!”

“We enjoyed our time at Reel Nice. The house was clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. There was plenty of space in the living areas and beds were comfortable. We loved the front and back decks, overlooking the ocean and the beach access was so close. Kitchen is well stocked and the little extras for daily living (toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.) were helpful. We'll definitely be back again!”

“Cozy, roomy, comfortable, yard was enough for the pup to run a bit and stretch his legs. Tv's and all the other appliances worked fine. Quiet street, close enough for us to walk to the beach over the 39th st footbridge. Weather was great except one day wind blew away our Kayak tour of the Montgomery Slough. Maybe next time....”

“Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, stores, shopping near by. Paul was an awesome host and communication was easy and prompt. Would recommend!”

“The property was in a great location. Clean and well appointed. My favorite part of the home was the large screened in front porch overlooking the gorgeous live oak trees. The only dark cloud to our stay was PTC 8. This brought massive rainfall to Brunswick county, including about 12” on the back screened porch. Thankfully, the water did not get into the home. One thing, the yard needed to be mowed when we arrived. ”
