I will not stay with this hotel
The location of this hotel is excellent, close to Bruxelles Central Station, Grand Place, Mannneken Pis and Fine Arts Museum. However, the air conditioning is not stable, sometimes hot, sometimes extremely cold. You cannot control the temperature as the remote control of the air conditioning is at the check-in counter. Whenever I need to adjust the temperature of my room, I need to borrow from the staffs. I stayed for 8 nights, there were two nights to have lukewarm water for shower.

Very noisy as there is a bar underneath (our room at 2nd floor) and it's holiday! I stayed for 4 nights and hotel suggested changing a quiet room after 2 nights. We did not change as we have to pack everything again! I appreciated their suggestion anyway. Good that it's very near to central station, just a 5 mins walk. And nearby have many restaurants too.

L'hôtel est très bien placé : près de la grande place tout en étant au calme pour dormir. La première chambre était juste correcte car les marches pour se rendre à la partie nuit (lit de 140cm) étaient très petites et il manquait une chaise pour poser ses affaires. De plus le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas tout comme la chasse d'eau et la bouilloire. Heureusement le personnel a été réactif et le lendemain nous avions une toute autre chambre bien plus confortable. Nous le remercions de tout cœur car nous avons pu apprécier pleinement notre séjour à Bruxelles.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in winter, just near Grand Place. The location was very convenient, allowing me to safely return after enjoying the beautiful night view of Grand Place and Belgian beer. The staff was very kind. I left something in my room, and when I contacted them by email, they quickly found it and sent it to me. Thank you very much!

Amazing check in service and friendly and amazing staff, they were so keen to help and go out of their way to make us welcome despite being from England. I loved the vibe and the area was fantastic. The ease of check in and out was brilliant and the breakfast was fine. The only concern I had was that the air conditioning was only allowed to be set at hot and I feel sick when a room is warm so I couldn’t cool it down using the air conditioning meaning I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Please Europe consider asking guests on check in whether they’ll require cool air rather than being set at the European temperature (warm) Otherwise an amazing stay and I will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was located in such a beautiful part of Brussels that was literally 30 seconds from the centre. The Italian restaurant opposite was gorgeous. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The bathroom wasn’t great - it was quite small, the shower and sink had weird water pressure and temperature. The shower seemed to either be cold or slowly kept getting hotter and burnt you. The room could do with a fridge to be able to keep water cold too as the sink tap didn’t produce super cold water. The bed also wasn’t the comfiest so didn’t sleep great but that might be personal preference. The breakfast was okay - nothing super fancy but tasted fine and filled us up. There were hot and cold options and nice pastries, fruit, and drinks. However, we would stay here again if we were to visit Brussels because of the hotel location, price, and friendly staff.

Excellent location friendly staff. Convenient for centre, 5 minutes walk to central station easy 4 minutes train transfer to Brussels Midi railway station for Eurostar & International trains. Area noisy overnight load voices regularly going by even in January, although not unusal for city centre hotel. Somewhat underwhelmed by 2 free drinks as VIP guest which equalled 2 bottles of water -useful! Plenty of nearby restaurants & cafes.
