Character apartment in the European district

The apartment is located in a peaceful street close to the European Parliament.

It is on the first floor of a typical Brussels house which has just been renovated and comfortably furnished.
You will find in the district many animations and restaurants (with terraces), very close supermarkets.

Sliding scale tariff according to the duration of the lodging (price envisaged for 2 people, supplement of 15 Euros / day by additional person).

Capacity for 4 people with the possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.

The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 4 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartment can perfectly suit people wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium or a group working with the nearby European institutions.
Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation. We could also gladly help you in this process given our knowledge of Brussels).

Arrival possible after 10 p.m. but supplement of 30 Euros.

We have two parking spaces 180 meters from the house that we rent each with an additional € 10/24 hours if necessary.
Dogs and cats welcome (30 € extra payable in cash on arrival).

Great apartment for a Brussels trip

We were in the apartment with a group of 4. Unfortunately, the two extra beds were not really comfortable, so we recommend to book the extra room (which is paid on top). So for four people the apartment is normally too small. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the apartment is in a great location close to the city center. The communication with Caroline was without complications and we had a very nice welcome.

Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen, nur wenige Gehminuten von Europaparlament und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Viertel gegenüber hat Flair und Exotik und zeigt ein anderes Gesicht von Brüssel - hier verirrt sich garantiert kein Selfie-Jäger hin!

Ein kurzweiliger Trip über Ostern. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, man kann bequem in 30 Minuten zum Grand Place laufen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität.

beautiful classy apartment

Caroline was friendly and gave us many details about the stay, tourist attractions, and more. We had a great experience in the area. It's nearby European Parlament and also near restaurants and pubs. The location is quiet and safe. The apartment is lovely and perfect for a couple, one kid, or another small person. I don't recommend the place for more than three people. Everything was clean. The only tip I suggest for Caroline is to send just one link or consolidate all the links and information in just one because the signal and internet are not always great, and it is hard to get all the information. Still, she is proactive with WhatsApp as well. Just be Aware if you travel to Brussels. Pay attention to your surroundings. I hope the host told us about this. We got robbed near the Grand Place.They matched the glass of our car and stole two bags with many valuables, and we were parking in a private parking lot. The police officer told us to be careful when you come to Brussels.

Schönes zentrales Apartment

Das Apartment ist ästhetisch und simpel ausgestattet.Die Lage ist wunderbar für einen EU-Parlamentsbesuch und das Viertel wirklich schön.Das Apartment war sauber. Einzig die Böden/Fliesen im Bad und an der Kochzeile waren (evtl durch die häufige Reinigung) etwas angegriffen. Einen Whirlpool haben wir vermisst, haben allerdings nicht nochmal explizit nachgefragt.Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, leicht zu erreichen und sind auf unsere Anfragen eingegangen.Einen weiteren Urlaub dort schließe ich nicht aus.

Well suited for a long weekend

Very pretty and clean flat with 2(!) balconies in a good neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen. Great decor. Host was nice and helpful.The Institute of Natural Sciences is basically next door. Good connections with buses.Only the sofa in the kitchen was not so comfortable to sleep on, the flat is better suited for couples, if travelling with a group of friends it's probably better to book the additional room in the basement.

What a lovely place to stay. We were greeted promptly when we arrived, settled in and immediately walked into the beautiful city center. There is so much to explore in this neighborhood and everywhere. We wish we would have had more time.

Wonderful apartment close to city centre

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in October. The apartment itself is beautiful with lots of natural light. It’s in a great location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities close by and is also just a walk away from the centre of Brussels. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The check-in process was very smooth and Caroline and Fabrice were extremely helpful. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Brussels.

1A-Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Brüssel

Das Apt. ist wirklich hervorragend. Es bietet sehr viel Platz, ist voll ausgestattet, liegt unmittelbar angrenzend am Europaparlament, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer modernen und sicheren Tiefgarage ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar und war auch für unser großes Fahrzeug (L:5,5 m B:2,10 m, H:1.95 m) mehr als ausreichend. Caroline haben wir bei der Anreise getroffen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir demnächst wieder nach Brüssel fahren, werden wir bestimmt wieder hier buchen.

A very charming (4m high ceilings!) older apartment home in nice neighborhood. Very nice modern kitchen. I feel communication from host could have been better - nothing until 24 hours before check-in was not sufficient to provide assurance of actually having a room before our arrival.
