I usually don’t do negative comments on Expedia, but this has to be my very first time being furious at a hotel. Not even worth one star, and would give zero point if possible ABSOLUTELY! Please reconsider if you want to go on an enjoyable holiday in Bel because it doesn’t really worth sacrificing the money to quality you will receive. And for sure it will ruin your holiday and your fantasy to this beautiful city - by convenient location, because the area is dirty, haunted, and insecured. In case you want to know why I hate this hotel - No hot water, curtain not closed, broken windows, and the floor is dirty, drainage sucks. Oh, and there were nights when there were false alarm. Everyone was out and there wasn’t even a staff to come even after the fireman arrived and shut down for us.

A balance between location and budget. There are plenty of shops, restaurants around for reasonably night out. Similarly a walking distance to city centre. The place have its mods and cons my stay would have been better if the internet is working. Otherwise good stay.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber, bis auf ein paar Defekte die man dringlich beheben sollte. Halogenlampe im Wohnzimmer hing lose rum, Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, im WC der Ablauf von Waschbecken komplett undicht Hände gewaschen Boden unter Wasser, das sind 3 erhältliche Mängel die ich für den Preis nicht in Ordnung fand. Aber ansonsten sehr schön. 👍

The place is under renovation. 3 out of 4 elevators did not work. The keypad to enter the building outside reception hours was about to break down. Otherwise OK for a business trip. For the price/quality ratio it was decent quality at a low price.

This was a good stay very standard but clean and nothing wrong, area is abit dodgy with people stealing but nothing really to worry about if u keep your stuff safe on you but overall perfect for us group of lads that were watching the football

It’s fine for a 1-2 night stay. It’s close to the city center and some great landmarks. Only thing as a young woman solo traveler is that it felt really unsafe. There is a lot of garbage, graffiti, and homeless people surrounding the hotel. However, the staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Just a very very run down building and unsafe area.
