“This was a last minute stay and we extended to two days, no problem! Right on the bay, so beautiful views. Nice room, faux fireplace, kitchenette, large spa tub. Very responsive staff- the freezer wasn’t working, they checked it out immediately. Turns out it had just been inadvertently turned off. They left us a bag a ice which was nice. It was a great home base to drive to the other cute towns along the peninsula. Sturgeon Bay is a great town and you can walk to restaurants and the 3 shopping……

“My wife and I do an annual retreat every year where we take a few days to relax, read, and spend time together. Door County in the off-season has fewer people and Snug Harbor is a great place to stay. It is always clean, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area, and quite peaceful. The gas fireplace and view out the front window are particular highlights of the cottage we stayed in. This is our fourth time staying at Snug Harbor and we have never been……
