The sink in the bathroom got blocked, and the staff offered a very nice and spacious room at the loft for me. Wifi signal strength was very good, yet the speed fluctuated a lot. The internet access froze from time to time.”

“the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.”
