“The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. However, it could use some updating. There was a musty smell in our room, which was not super bothersome but noticeable. Suggestions for the management: clarify that this is not a real "palace" but a property that was built 10-20 years ago (staff did not have much information about it). It is a beautiful building but wish there was more information available about how its history. ”

“酒店的外觀很漂亮很古典、內部裝修很新潮也算環保吧！一開始以為酒店各處很暗沒開燈、原來是環保設計人走過才會亮起燈來！所以很驚喜！房間很寬敞！衛浴很乾淨整齊！酒店內用的洗澡用品都蠻好的牌子很值得推薦大家住宿唯一缺點隔音不好！門外若有孩子吵鬧或收拾玻璃瓶都可以很清晰聽到而已但能接受門口外的繡球花很特別”

“Loved the apartment we stayed in, so clean and modern looking. Has everything you need! Microwave did not work and we had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it’s not marked, but we called customer service and they directed us right away. We had a fabulous stay! Also, convenient location close to the airport- but 148 took us there in 10min! ”

“酒店雖不在大街的中央，起初有點難找，但當到達後發現原來離中央車站只有十分鐘的步行距離，乘輕軌車更可在HOZA站下車，一轉入街角便能找到了。酒店的員工十分幫忙，由於入住時期正值當地的復活節假期，酒店的職員已準備了各大景點的開放時間供我們參考，又提醒我們要事先儲糧，以免因假期而找不到餐廳用膳（雖然最後我們仍要叫room services，但那可是米芝連餐廳來哦，加上價錢實惠，也是個不錯的選擇）。此外，酒店附近有很多有名的餐廳，真的不能錯過！有機會再到華沙，我一定再來。”
