“I liked that the Gardener's Cottage was secluded and private. The noise outside was minimal and the rooms were homey. The parking in the adjacent lot was sufficient. “House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.”

“The property we stay at was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently close Walmart, gas stations and a wide range of restaurants. We took full advantage of the fire pit too. The owner was very prompt when responding to any questions we had. We absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Little Rock or even if you want a nice getaway. ”

“My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. ”
