“My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The property is immaculate. A cosy cottage with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The garden at the back of the property is beautiful. “We and our dog felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The location of the holiday village is stunningly beautiful. From here, we were able to enjoy some wonderful activities, like hiking, biking or canyoning (by car) . There's also a bus stop nearby, so there are bus connections as well. We were satisfied with the amenities in the holiday home. There was plenty of space for three people. We especially liked the enclosed patio. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“We booked last minute and were very impressed with the cabin just perfect for a peaceful getaway but close enough to so many walks and places to visit. Took our dog as well and so safe for him to have room to move onto the patio area as gated off and lovely walk around the site with a kids park as well. Love to go back soon.”

“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. “The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. ”

“We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in north Wales. We were blown away by the space and the charm of the house -perfect for our group. “Riverside Cottage is situated in a fairytale setting, with woodland behind and the river in front of the cottage. Access is easy, however, and we had no problems finding it. “We had the most magical stay in this beautiful yurt near Barmouth. It was the perfect escape from the world – quiet, relaxing, and full of calm. “D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility……

"The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
