Free Activities Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, free admissions are included every day of your stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer such as the Biltmore, Smoky Mountain Railroad, white water rafting, jeep excursions, and more! Daily value of $250.

This is Unit B of a 2-unit apartment building located at the very heart of Bryson City's downtown area. It has an enormous great room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and sleeper-sofa. The 2 units can be combined together when rented by the same party, and with advance notice, we will open up the adjoining room feature for you. Unit B has a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a coffee maker and microwave oven. You can prepare your own meals here, but why would you? Mountain Perks Coffee Shop, High Test Sandwich shop, the Everett Bistro, and Pasqualino's Italian restaurant are all just a short walk away. The living room has a comfy sleeper-sofa and high-def TV serviced by DirecTV with plenty of channels, including premiums. A full bathroom includes hotel amenities and plush towels. The beds are super comfy with all cotton linens and high-quality pillows. The verandah porch is shared with Unit A, and there is one assigned parking space for each unit just behind the building.

All bookings are subject to local restrictions in place at the time of the stay. We may not be allowed to accommodate all bookings that are made if local rules change after you make a booking. We make every effort to communicate current, local rules and any changes to them.

It was pretty good, but for the fact that the second night people moved into apartment a, and you could hear every word that they say. The walls are pretty thin!

Very safe

The damaged floor in kitchen area was cover with a rug, not sure if that is a structural flaw( the refrigerator was leaning backwards like it was propped up on something to compensate for the floor) The bathroom floor was also very uneven (if you placed anything roll it would roll across the floor unassisted). The coffee maker need to be replaced, I was glad I brought my own coffee maker. The decor was inviting and comfort. The area seemed very safe. If I am very back in Bryson I would seek out Vrbo through watershed properties. Thanks Lisa I am only sharing this to help satisfy other customers.

Great location if you’re just wanting to be in Bryson City. Clean apt. If you want a good night sleep I would stay elsewhere. You can hear all the traffic til late, walls are paper thin and hear neighbors talking, using restroom and the full time apt live ins doing laundry at night. The parking is a fight with the locals parking in your spot. The floors have a severe slope and broken in few areas. If you sleep heavy and want to be in the city this is the place for you though. Management keeps in touch quite well too.

Great apartment in a great location!

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 6 days to celebrate his 50th birthday and our 22nd anniversary. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and was in a great location within walking distance to a variety or restaurants, bars and shops in Bryson City. Bryson City is a short drive to other towns that we enjoyed visiting as well as great outdoor activities. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of storage in the kitchen. We chose to eat breakfast at the apartment as well as having some snacks. There isn’t anywhere to store food items except for the refrigerator as all of the cabinets are full and the pantry cabinet is locked. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and the staff at Watershed Cabin Rentals was great at communicating with us.

Convenient Location!!

We loved the convenience to downtown Bryson City from this apartment. Very short walk to great food and fun things to do. When we arrived, everything was super clean! The only downside is the lack of insulation in the walls. It sounded as if our neighbors in the next apartment were in ours. Aside from that, everything was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

After ankle surgery 2 months ago, we were looking for a place close to town & the train station. This place was awsome, I could walk to everything that we wanted to do while in Bryson. Will be staying here again & again!!

Wonderful Condo BUT...........

Positives: Apt/Condo is decorated beautifully and is very very clean. It is in a great Perfect downtown location which is very easily walkable to all restaurants and stores. The porch is welcoming to sit and people watch and enjoy the weather. Negative: This review would be 5 stars but the only problem (which was a big one) , was the fact that the neighboring apt/condo was occupied with a family of 5-6 people. They were at least 3 kids running around screaming and being extremely loud. The gentleman in that room was also listening to a football game and we could hear everything. The wall separating the 2 units might as well not even be there . There was NO noise cancellation barrier whatsoever. There was a TV behind our headboard it seemed. I took some videos of the commotion for proof . We rented this apt for 2 nights, thank goodness the apt next door was only occupied for the 1st night or the trip would have been miserable. It is a shame that the beautifully decorated and super clean apt does not have any sound barrier separating the 2 units. My recommendation would at least be to NOT allow kids in these rentals. To be fair, we did not complain to the property rental company, we just endured the 5 hours of loudness as best we could. I would rent this place again but would only do so last minute and IF no one was next door.
