“I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. ”

“Bed comfort alright but the air conditioning in 2 bedrooms stops in middle of the night till we left, bathroom is leaking showers doesn’t work right, there a little ants around the table and counters”

“Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable.”
