For those choosing only the Apartment, Main House guests share no amenities with The Ranchette Apartment except the parking area. However, Apartment guests have a reserved parking spot. Additional soundproofing measures taken ensures peaceful nights.

Guest Access:
Please ensure you activate your key code by signing the e-waiver (link sent to you in messages). Be sure to pull the door shut completely, and let the lock cycle finish before you try to enter (or the deadbolt will stick). If you have any issues accessing the property, please call Guest Services.

The Neighborhood:
Flanked by ranches on both sides, you may see some uneven roads and some quintessential Texan Longhorns on the neighboring ranch.

Getting Around:
We are so close to everything you can want to do in the area! See "The Space" above for times to location attractions.

Other Things to Note:
This property is an apartment rental adjacent to the Main House rental. You will have 1 shared wall and bedrooms above the apartment unit.

While travel time is less than 2 minutes on The Rock Road, for a smoother arrival, we recommend entering The Rock Road across from the entrance of Black Rock State Park. This route not only shortens the travel time on the rough road but also ensures a more comfortable transition into the secluded charm that awaits you. The Rock Road forms a loop. Please be warned, and drive 10mph or slower through the uneven road, bumps, and dimly lit entrance road. Our staff is able to access the property just fine in a small sedan if you know how to drive on unpaved roads.

We require a rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.

We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for additional urine cleaning, fleas or damage.
