“I stayed at this hotel for quite some times and I do not want to switch to other hotels though the price is almost the most expensive one it is.”

“This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and seems very uninhabited. I got it because it was cheap and was near the airport, but it's near the wrong airport for international flights. My mistake. But it's very hard to reach unless you have a cab or car. Not much in the area, a starbucks and a couple of small restaurants, and two grocery stores a few minutes away. It was very clean, just empty, and the clerk was the only person in Romania I met who could not speak English. Thus I could not ask for……

“The staff were nice, location great, but the hotel was not as described, no breakfast available to purchase, no pool, no spa, coffee / tea only on arrival, no gym, no room safe, room not serviced for the full 4 nights we stayed. ”

“While the location, service, and breakfast were certainly highlights, the facility itself felt a bit outdated. A refresh of the decor and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was somewhat hidden and lacked a proper offloading area, which could be a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.”
