1. This is probably an Expedia problem of not having separate categories, but it's a 24 hour help line not a 24 hour front desk.
2. Did not get check in instructions before showing up at property. They may have tried to text me directly, my sim card is a little sketchy with texts, but they should have emailed as well/instead. I did get a message to scan documents in my email, I don't know why they wouldn't use same method for check in instructions. Only hotel this has happened to me at of the half dozen or so with a similar system I have stayed at.
3. As mentioned earlier it's a help line not a front desk. When I texted the number I got an away message that the number was only manned from 0900 to 1900 and to email outside those hours. The email bounced back undeliverable. They did get back to me outside those hours at 2000 and 2100 so I don't know if they just switched over how they were operating and haven't updated yet, but it was 10 minutes of panic thinking I was going to have to figure out a new hotel last minute on a half dead phone.
Outside of the check in issues everything was good . The room itself was really nice, the location was pretty good. The view was great.
