“Was in Glendale to work the Final Four. Stayed with one other co-worker. This property was a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. Communication with the host was great. Would recommend for anyone coming through town for a work trip.”

“The hosts were very good about responding to our questions quickly. Great west side location with easy access to main highways, plenty of entertainment opportunities and lots of great restaurants. Nice pool and a decent workout facility. Would recommend staying here. ”

“The condo was easy to find and get into. Decor looks just like in the photos. Had great communication with the owner. Upon entering the condo, it smelled very clean. The condo did need some maintenance work completed - shower door handle, ceiling fan in the living room, and mold in bathrooms.”

“The condo complex is quiet, safe, offers a nice heated pool and hottub, nice for meeting other guests. The condo itself is small, probably too crowded for six adults, kitchen is small, but very well equipped. The average per day is off and decieving, it ended up being more per night than was advertised. The cleaning fee, service fee, and taxes add up. ”

We were all comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The house had everything we needed for fun and function. The pool and gym are right next to the building so that was very nice. The location is great and Troy was so helpful to us in all our needs. We would absolutely recommend staying here in the future. ”

“Loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. We were in town for the Cardinals/49ers game. The location to the football stadium was perfect. You can drive or Uber there quickly. The bed was comfortable. The pool area is close to the condo. The complex is quiet and neighbors we met were very nice. Anytime I had questions for the owner she responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again. ”
