“We was very impressed with our stay, the property was perfect for us as a family of 4. Lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds& 2 bathrooms. The place was spotless & had everything we needed. Very peaceful with parking& the host was very helpful. kids loved the table tennis. Location was amazing with private access to the royal William yard. Stunning rocky beach a few minutes walk away. “the property is in a fantastic position and had everything that we needed. I took my 92 year old mother and it was perfect being on one level and having an easy access shower. She was able to enjoy looking out over the sea from all angles. I had the perfect spot for painting and my patner had easy access to fishing, sadly no fish!!!! but had back up sasages from our favourite local farm shop ”

“We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely.The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy.The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.”

“There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.”
