“This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Covington! We wanted a quick weekend getaway to relax/unwind and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was so fun visiting the horses, pigs, dogs, cats, goats and chickens. We will definitely be back!”

My girls rode the golf cart around the trails and rode the horses. My son sat at Marvel and read comic books. The Hobbit House was so unique that the memories will last a lifetime and we will look forward to returning next year.”

“Property was as advertised. Check-in was easy and property was clean. There was no check out instructions but we just took dirty towels and sheets off beds. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.”

“Absolutely perfect!!! Loved everything about this place. Loved the decor… loved the set up. Everything inside was very comfortable. They supplied everything we needed. Even had soaps, coffee, spices and lots more. The dock and yard were setup nicely.. lots of places to sit and relax. Loved floating on the tubes. Had a covered boat slip which was perfect for our boat. I would definitely LOVE to stay here again…a perfect vacation!”
