“We had a great time at Sarah's villa. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The pool was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we couldn't have asked for anymore with regards to the multiple outdoor areas we had access for. The views from the pool area are divine. It is so peaceful too.The villa itself surpassed our expectations. We stayed as a party of 6 adults and one baby and it was plentiful in size. Clean and well equipped. Was perfect for our stay. “Wunderbare Lage, ruhig und zu Fuß in ein paar Gehminuten am Meer, das Auto steht sicher hinter einem Tor. Ich kann dieses gut ausgestattete Quartier sehr empfehlen. Was noch zu optimieren wäre, wäre die Installation von WLAN/wifi. Wer von diesem Quartier arbeiten möchte, tut sich mit dem schwachen Telefonnetz sehr schwer.Sonst alles super und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist einwandfrei und freundlich, wir kommen wieder”

“Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen im Apartment von Silvana und Stefano. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Total sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Silvana und Stefano waren wirklich ganz tolle Vermieter. Sie wohnten nebenan und waren immer sofort da wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir durften sogar eher in das Apartment und am Abreisetag durften wir unser Gepäck noch bei Silvana lassen, weil unsere Fähre erst am Abend ging. Etwas schade ist, dass keine Liegen und Schirme an Pool sind. Aber ansonsten ist alles toll.……

“Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. “J'ai passé un excellent sejour chez Tiziano, l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la literie est Top. La petite terrasse est idéale pour manger dehors. L'appartement est très bien situé proche de la plage, une supérette à 50 mètres et une excellente pizzeria juste en face. Je remercie Tiziano pour son accueil chaleureux et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. “Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. Mario, il proprietario che abita sotto, è stato incredibile, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, senza mai essere invadente.
