“Big ants found in the room. ”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“Exactly as per the listing, sweet, clean cabin that suited myself and friend and would suit a family or 2 couples. Cosy, but has everything you need. Awesome beach a few minutes walk away (uphill) and we spent the day walking as you can walk to Terrigal (tide mindful). Plenty of things to do around the area however if you just want fresh air and peace & quiet, an ideal place to stay. Justine lovely and nothing too much trouble and gave us plenty of tips. As the property had such a nice outdoor……

“We stay here a couple of times a year to catch up with old mates, have a surf and generally chill out. It really suits our needs. Close to beach, cafes, club and has a laid back beach house vibe with everything you need for a few days away. We enjoy it.”

The apartment its self is very well equipped with everything you need. I contacted the owner for something when we first arrived and response was very quick which is also comforting. Overall a great stay which I would not hesitate to book again. ”

“Ducks Bungalow is a very lovely property .. as soon as you wander through the front entrance you feel welcomed, this property has a fully equipped kitchen, stunning views overlooking the water and so peaceful .. we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Absolutely amazing property. Everything felt premium and the place is massive. Well designed and architected. Inspired all 14 of us who stayed to do some renos on our own properties.Coastal beach is a short 9 minute walk down a private trail and was isolated and beautiful. Had the whole beach to ourselves practically.Hidden gem. Wonderful place. Highly reccomend.”
