“You booked me into a property that was closed down for renovations. I arrived there at 10.30pm, after a long flight from Lo don, to be told that the hotel had been closed for sometime due to building work. How did you guys not know? Finding a place to sleep at that time of night, in a country i knew nothing about was very stressful, and i ended up paying well over the odds for a very mediocre room in a very dinjy guest house, When i contacted Vrbo the next morning to complain, the response i got……
