“As a group of 6 women who have all traveled a ton over our 55 lives, this is by far one of the most beautiful places we have all ever stayed! The home was immaculate, the space for all of us to spread out was fabulous and the beauty of the home and the yard was stunning! Carol was a great host!! We were so happy to meet her and Kim as well! Everything was so close to the home. Walking distance to the entire town but yet in its' own compound! Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed,……

“This is a petite cottage in the hills of Santa Ynez. Fun to stay and experience the calm of the countryside. There are nice amenities on the property, to include a wonderful porch to eat a morning meal. The place is outfitted with great bedding and a cozy feel. Great for a couple or family of four. I would recommend giving it a try.”

My daughter and I ran the Santa Barbara wine country half-marathon (our other adult kids were with us, too), and the home was close to the town of Solvang, as well as in an ideal location to explore other towns. The home's decor is fabulous! Also, JD was quick to respond when we had questions. We did not have time to go to any wineries (we had a 5yo and 1yo with us), but there are many in the area. “The private location and views from the hill top property were amazingly beautiful especially during our early April stay with green all around us.The home is spacious and focused on the pool area and views. The two large suites are large are well appointed. The third guest room is very comfortable. The bunk room and 4th bedroom are quite small.We would return for sure!”
