Was not comfortable staying here with my daughter. They put us in the far corner near the freeway. 2 men sat outside in the parking lot hanging out in this corner. We didn’t feel safe. I did book it for 2 nights but ended up staying somewhere else the 2 nd night. The door to our room was hard to open and close. Kept checking my car to make sure it was still outside.

The only positive of this hotel is the location. We will never stay here again. There was no hot water! Front desk said they would reset the boiler (?!), but it didn't work. Hot water on demand is a basic that they couldn't deliver on. We had to settle for a 3 minute cold shower to try to get clean. Breakfast was okay - just something to put on your belly. During our 7 day stay our room was only cleaned twice - even though we requested that it be serviced. I should have read the reviews better.

The staff is very nice, its close to knotts and would be a solid option for a quick trip. Surface areas were clean but the dresser, closet, floors and coffee maker were all kinda gross. Place was definitely run down. They remolded the lobby but definitely not the rooms.

Check in was easy, and I was able to find the room with the directions front desk gave me. I was very surprised by how spacious my room was! I expected two beds and a pull out sofa, but got three beds, one in recieving area with a sofa and another two in a seperate area seperated by french doors. Two bathrooms and sink areas, with a mini fridge and microwave. I had 5 in my group and we had so much room! Loved having 2 T.V. in seperate areas! This place is a little dated, but the place is great for a bigger family that needs room! Would definitly stay again. I only stayed for one night, so I can't vouch for more than that.

We booked this in advance but when we got there to check in the receptionist had told us someone with the same exact name had already checked in which is odd because they didn’t verify the confirmation number which could’ve been avoided but at least they didn’t charge us a deposit.

Roachs, everywhere. Horribly unclean and the beds sucked i coulsnt believe how bad they were. Widh i would have selected a different hotel . Choose this one because i was so close to the steak house and knotts. Could hardly believe how many Cockroachs were in the room and by the time we actually came back to thw room it was way to late to be looking for other accommodations.
