Overall in terms of value I can easily consider it one of the best places I have ever stayed at in the world. Coming from Rio de Janeiro within the same trip, I stayed in a place which has almost a 5 star rating, in the best neighborhood of Rio with hundreds of reviews and it still didn't even come close to this place. So much so that I can't review the other place based on how great this place was. I can't put them on the same level.
It's locacated in a safe neighborhood, connected to a very busy Italian restaurant were you can get a nice cup of coffee in the morning. There are many grocery stores near by where you can either buy groceries to cook in your room or wine and drink to store in the fridge. It's also located near many restaurants, coffee shops and not to mention it's only a 5-7 min walk to a Michelin star restaurant that's considered the best steak houses in the world. It's not that far of a walk to 3 de Febrero park which was a beautiful park and considered the nicest parks in Buenos Aires. Walking along the park will connect you to some of Buenos Aires top attractions. There is also a nice outdoor mall nearby with an ATM if needed.
For the room, it's spacious, the bed is comfy, nice spacious bathroom, balcony, kitchen, decent lighting and it's clean.
Definitely recommend.
