The hotel is well located; we stayed in a spacious, panoramic room.
Upon arrival, we had a problem with the noise from the air conditioning, and a technician had to come up to fix it.
The next day, the same thing happened.
The bed was terrible, the mattress had springs that were popping out. I mentioned this at the front desk, but the only solution they offered was to turn it over.
One afternoon, I borrowed a bottle opener from the front desk.
That night, around 10 PM, the front desk man called me, very angry, to see why I hadn't returned the bottle opener.
He told me to come down and return it; that it wasn't a hotel service.
I told him that if he wanted it, he'd have to come up and get it.
We're talking about a bottle opener that doesn't cost more than $2.
To top it off, one night the toilet broke, and the same man who worked at the front desk had to come up and fix it.
Since he was alone, he told me that once he finished checking in, he'd come up and fix it, which he finally did around 2:00 AM when I was falling asleep.
