“Check in was delayed by about an hour, because there was no key in the key box. Apparently some mistake had happened, so there had been no cleaning nor bed linen. “Check-in und Check-out gestalteten sich für uns leider recht kompliziert – hier wäre eine klarere Kommunikation im Vorfeld wünschenswert gewesen. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hätte der Boden gründlicher gereinigt werden können, und bei der Bettwäsche sollte verstärkt auf mögliche Motten geachtet werden. Positiv überrascht hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, als wir nach dem Check-out noch einmal ins Zimmer durften, da unsere Kinder etwas vergessen hatten. Fazit:……
