Her feet was out. Hotel stink. No elevators. Room stink. Doors slam when shutting couldn’t sleep. Hotel room key did not work. No laundry room. No stove. No microwave. Reminded of my last day like I didn’t know what it was. Bored that Applebees was disgusting. The laundry mat is a rip off have cash perfectly set up for you to spend more money. 25 mins from the plant. Not near Monticello plant at all the worse hotel experience in my life won’t ever stay there again. Lesson learned so you don’t do it. It’s cheap for a reason super 8 or days inn Monticello are way better.

The expedia site said that pets stay free at this hotel. When I checked in, I was told that there was fee for pets and there were no pet rooms available. She then told me that my reservation would be canceled and I would get a refund. I hope that will happen. We had to find a different hotel.

It was ok staff was friendly, no elevator and we were charged an extra $16 for low level and there was a shortage of those rooms. Rooms were clean and beds were clean with new sheets. We would stay there again

Bath tub And bathroom were dirty with hairs and scum in the corners of tub. The heater didn't work properly and it was very loud. Sheets were stained and the room smelled like old cigarette smoke

Only positive was the bed was okay & bedding was nice and we paid $62. Otherwise, breakfast choices were: pop tarts, white bread with grape jelly or fruit loops and apple juice. No fruit options, every option was terrible for you! Room was not clean & smelled musty. Says there is a pool but it was closed. No microwave or coffee pot in rooms.

Hotel has a "by the hour" feel and reputation. Hard to find staff and the front desk and the lady was not friendly. She was lecturing housekeeping and then a guest in the common hallways for all to hear. Rooms are very basic, tv is small, no microwave in the room. Bed was comfortable. Definitely am old property in need of some TLC. Price was right for what I needed and the room.was quiet.

Amazing

Mona is amazing and made my stay comfortable and welcoming. Clean, smoke free rooms. I been here numerous times and notice that every room is uniquely decorated. Will return happily.

For the price its what you get. Older building, older rooms. but if you need just a night to sleep it will work. Asked for a late check out they said no even though the place wasn't busy. Hallway had a very strong smell cleaner.

No pool!

Pool is closed. Breakfast was a loaf of bread & jar of peanut butter or two choices of cereal. No microwave in room, no coffee pot in room. No real blanket, just a thin acrylic one. Bring your own stuff!
