THE SPACE
This gorgeous 4 bedroom home is a 25 minute drive from Niagara Falls and a mile walk from Hertel Avenue- one of the most popular entertainment areas in our city. You get access to both apartments which means 2 kitchens, 2 TV's, couches, etc. Parking on the street is free and there is public transportation within 150 meters. There are four memory foam queen beds along with a large Lovesac sofa that can sleep one and a futon.
Both kitchens have all the basic amenities you’ll need to live like you’re at home: (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, electric kettle). If you are looking to cook I have all the utensils you will need (baking sheet, pans, dishes, silverware, knife set, cutting boards, etc.) Perfect for long term stays.
Sometimes a reprieve from sightseeing is needed and you just need to re-watch that Game of Thrones episode. I have a 70 inch HDTV with Apple TV upstairs and a 50 inch TV downstairs with Roku. There are also two large tables with ample space and fast Internet if you need to get work done and a desk upstairs.
Enjoy free WiFi, self check-in and central air/heat.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home. You are welcome to use the driveway for free. When it’s winter I may need you to park in the street so the plow can clear the driveway. Street parking is free if that happens so no need to worry!

Weekend Stay
Our family stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. It’s a house with 2 separate apartments. Both were clean and comfortable. Gavin was ver prompt in answering my questions. Checkin instructions were very clear. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you Gavin!!

The house was super nice, host was friendly and responsive. The only problem was in one of the dressers in the bedroom there was a pair of dirty used underwear.

Happy with our stay!
The house was neat and clean, good sized bedrooms, comfortable for a family of 7. Living areas are a good size! We appreciated the amenities. Especially appreciated being able to part in the driveway.
House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, good area to walk around. There's a walking path about 3 blocks away.
Of note: the house has an entry lock for each level, great for security, definitely need to remember codes.
When I had a question or issue our host replied promptly.
