We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel during our trip. We arrived at 5:00 PM, only to be told that our rooms were not ready due to a shortage of cleaning staff. I had an infant who was exhausted after a long day, and we were forced to wait until 6:30 PM to check in. Even then, the rooms were clearly not cleaned properly,we’re not even sure if the beddings were changed.
To make matters worse, there were no towels in the room. When we called room service to request some, we were told that a family member would need to come down and pick them up because they were short-staffed. We also noticed garbage left in the bathroom trash cans.
Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and the level of service was unacceptable. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had.
