Beautifully Renovated 3 bedroom Elmwood Village Apt

Welcome to this recently renovated, historic first-floor apartment on one of the most walkable streets in the Elmwood Village. It’s one of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods, as designated by the American Planning Association.

We are centrally located and less than a half block away from Chapin Parkway and Elmwood Avenue with numerous coffee shops, restaurants/bars and shopping just steps away. The new AKG Art Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Galley and Buffalo State College are also walkable. We are also a short drive away from Canal Side, downtown Buffalo, Allentown, Larkinville, Key Bank Center and a 25 minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and Niagara Falls.

Living room: Spacious layout with ample seating, a 55 in Smart TV and 477 Mbps WiFi.

Dining room: Plenty of space for entertaining and a dining table to seat 4 guests.

Kitchen: Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There are enough pots and pans and utensils to cook small meals.

(3) Bedrooms: Nicely sized bedrooms and two have comfortable queen mattresses. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have work desks, one with a charging station. Extra pillows, a comforter, and a fan are in each bedroom closet.

Bathroom: Beautifully tiled shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, fluffy towels and wash cloths.

Front porch: VRBO guests can use furniture on the front porch. There are additional patio chairs located in the first bedroom closet. VRBO hosts/owners use the front porch to access their unit as well. There can be no loud noise/music on the porch at any time and quiet hours are 9pm-9am.

Please do not park in the driveway, only street parking is available. There are 7 steps leading up to the front porch, but none in the apartment. There is a Ring camera located at the front door, but no interior cameras.

This place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-kept, in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that we had to pay an extra non-refundable 90 for "damage insurance" on top of the other service fees.

College Visit

I usually stay by the airport since there aren't any hotel options near Elmwood. I decided to look on VRBO and landed here. A little more expensive than a hotel but so much more convient. The communication with Alex was great and instructions were very clear. The house was clean and very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of towels, the kitchen was well supplied and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Probably could have used a few more blankets. I would definitely stay there again. house was clean

Excelent Oasis

A great getaway location, on a beautiful road. We loved our stay here. We were able to easily walk to local pubs, restaurants and coffee. The neighbourhood was breath taking with the fall colours and we felt very safe. Our apartment was spacious, tidy and was just as advertised. Highly recommend!!

Elmwood Perfection

Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo!

Buffalo Wedding Weekend

The location of the property was perfect. We have a large family and all were renting homes in the Elmwood Village area. We were very close to my neice who was getting married. My three daughers were all in the wedding party, so that proximity was important. The beds were comfortable (Even the futon!!) and the cleanliness of the home was impeccable! We would definitely come back and rent this home again in the future

Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable temperature. Enjoyed the porch. Beds were a bit low for older people like my wife and I, and the mattresses could be firmer. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants and for visiting with family and friends.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, but if there is one thing missing, it would be central air. Such a hot summer, but the portable unit did an OK job, and each bedroom had a fan, so it was bearable. We would stay here again.

Great place

Took a minute for me to get used to this place. We are from a southern metro area where everything is new. After my initial shock of an older, northern home, I began to appreciate the charm. This place is super clean, up to date bathroom and kitchen with the beauty of uneven hardwood floors. You can hear walking from the upstairs unit and their staircase but it was limited. Parking was only an issue once, but the weather was nice for a walk. Overall, this Southerner would recommend when spending time in Buffalo.

Long Weekend

We absolutely enjoyed having drinks on the porch or coffee in the morning. Such a beautiful place. We loved that the unit was very clean and close to shopping and walking distance to the art gallery. A larger dining table would have been required if we were going to be there longer and eat any meals except breakfast. The living room was very comfortable and had the perfect amount of seating for the 5 of us. Thank you!

Would have stayed longer if we could!

What a fantastic spot! Property is super clean and spacious. It’s a gorgeous, walkable neighborhood. We loved the front porch for morning coffee and evening beverages. Would be great to have a few more staples in the kitchen and hanging hooks in the bathroom, but that didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay. I wish I would have booked for longer. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here for a Thanksgiving weekend in Buffalo visiting family. The location could not be better! It’s a few blocks from everything you could need- especially great coffee! Alex’s communication was great. The place was easy to access when we arrived and we were so pleased with how clean it was. We had everything we needed and more! Great location for a Buffalo Bills excursion

This place worked out really well for two couples that came out for a Bills game. The location is great, lots of restaurants and bars, close to downtown, etc. The house has been redone, and it's nice. I wouldn't probably recommend it for a group that is going to spend a ton of time in the house, but it worked well as a place to sleep and use as a home base. Beds were comfortable, etc. There are people living upstairs, but that didn't seem to be much of a problem. Overall, this house was exactly as advertised and worked really well for our weekend. Recommend
