I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. At checkout the lady that checked me out was very friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Overall this is my fav hotel when flying out of BUF! Super close and very convenient not to mention their breakfast and assortments offered are great!

The hotel is old & it shows as soon as you walk into the lobby. There was a smell of gas by the elevator, scary. Walking to the room, we knew not to expect much. The first thing I see is a jacuzzi from the 80's. The room was huge. The TV was old. The shower door broken. The door to the room also had issues as the hinge was falling. The mattress old. The furniture old. I did not pay much (or maybe it was too much for this facility). The plus, even though the hotel seemed to be full, the nights were quiet and we were able to sleep. The breakfast area is cramped. I had some breakfast and it was not bad. All in all I'd give this hotel 2 stars, 2.5 just because the staff was helpful. This is convenient for a one night stay. For a stay where you need to be close to the airport (The airport is literally across the street from the hotel). I would not stay here with younger children and I would not stay for more than 2 nights. They would really profit from some paint and new lighting, new mattresses and furniture. Removal of the outdated Jacuzzis. Reconfiguring the ugly bathrooms.........

I did not get the room I reserved. I reserved (and called hotel directly to confirm) a handicap accessible room with handicap accessible bathroom and shower. I was placed in a room with low toilet and step-in. shower rather than roll in shower. I need a comfort height toilet. Only one bar to grab to get off toilet. Only one grab bar in shower. No handheld shower hose. Had to ask for a shower chair The one grab bar in the shower was then behind the shower chair. I could only use shower or toilet if another family member was around to assist me. Humiliating.

The Management need to do a Better Job with Housekeeping. I frequently stay there because I have properties in BUFFALO sometime for Three or Four Days . They never Clean and Change the Bed Spread. I say this and also Document my complaints against Litigation on the Franchise. God Forbid someone caught a BEDBUG .

The price was great. But the receptionist was no help in getting the van to come pick me up at the door where the airport attendant left me in my wheelchair. The van driverhowever was great sfter I drug myself, bag, carryon , purse, cane and wheelchair the 200 ft to pick up. The room was clean, but the paint was chipped going into the shower area.and the bottom of the toilet needs repair.

I will try to be very objective as to what i did not like: 1. As soon as i walked in, the lady at the front desk was on a three way video call on speaker that was loud where extremely foul language was being used and my young son was there standing right in front. Very rude front desk woman. 2. The hotel reeks - the entire hotel. 3. The room's a/c was not working and when i called the same front desk lady came in after a few minutes, fixed it. Again with with the extremely foul language on the video call.very bad attitude. 4. The sink in the bathroom does not drain. 5. The toilet itself is loose and unstable. 6. The bathroom shower was working in only one setting and that too not regular shower setting but piercing massage setting. 7. The windows curtains had holes in them. There are a few other rhings that i just dont want to go in detail here. Will never ever go near this place again.
