“I stay here a few times a year when doing work events. I normally like my stay. This time was not pleasant. I was put in an end room on second floor. Elevator was broken which was a set back. Then ice machine on my floor was broken. I found old pieces of crackers in my bed sheets. Then was called later in evening asking if I had showered or if my toilet was running. Apparently room beneath mine had a leak. Well all was fine in my room and I had not showered yet. I took a quick shower cause was……

“My stay was good. The check in & out was quick and simple. The staff was nice and helpful. I stayed a couple of days and found out after each day you have to get your key card reactivated. ”

“Excellent hotel except for a few minor flaws: (1) Starting about 10 pm and lasting until about 3 am every single night, someone was smoking in another room nearby. The cigarette smoke emanated into my room and I had to close the bathroom door. If I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it was disgusting like walking into a nightclub in the 1980s. I suspect someone is living in the other room semi-permanently and has disabled their smoke alarm or found a way to smoke every night……

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”
