“Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access.”

“We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!”

“My son and I stayed at this property while on a golf trip to the area (we played Mohave, Laughlin Ranch, and Emerald Canyon in Parker, AZ). House was very nice. The patio was particularly nice for our purposes. It was perfect for relaxing after golfing - plenty of seating, a hot tub, and a TV outside. We grilled and used the hot tub every night we were there. The house was clean and had plenty of space. It could easily accommodate more people and I would anticipate booking it again with a……
