“My family stayed at this lovely house during a trip to Clarksville to visit my grandmother for her birthday. The house very comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 0-5). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The welcome basket of cookies, coffee pods, and wine was very much appreciated! “This property was absolutely perfect for my husband’s birthday celebration. We all loved the swim spa but especially my 7 year old son. The cabin was spacious, very clean, and had all necessary items needed during our stay. I cannot preface enough how wonderful our hosts were. We enjoyed fishing from the beach area and the dock. “We had a fantastic stay at Better Lake Than Never! The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. Marc the host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. “Beautiful home with all the extra touches (paper products, hand soap, shampoo, etc.) provided in a very quiet setting. We enjoyed the back porch and the fire pit. A couple of things to be aware of: the road leading up to the home is gravel (well maintained), the walk to the dock is about 1/5 of a mile on somewhat uneven ground, and the stairs going into the basement are steep and unfinished. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the relaxation. Deer greeted us each morning. We would recommend this……

Did not use dishwasher but was available. Im not being picky but the ONLY thing I believe it needed was some better pots and pans for cooking but we made do and definately not a deterent from booking again!
