“This was the perfect house for our large family. Very Clean and the house was in good repair. The only complaint I would have is there was not quite enough large-scale Kitchen Bowls and Bakeware to prepare meals for a large family. (We were a family of 16) There was only 1 cookie sheet and one glass baking pan. We were thankful we brought deposable aluminum pans. “Our family had a wonderful time during our stay this past weekend. We stayed four days and we were able to get around to where we needed to fairly quickly. The villa is beautiful and picturesque with the lake and forest views. Josh was awesome and was very responsive with updates and requests we had while there. 10/10 recommend!”

“The home was perfectly located of 25 with easy access to I81, Morristown and visiting family in Greeneville and Sneedville. Plenty of beds for 6 to 8 people. Nice big yard and plenty of parking.Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area and particularly looking for good access to the lake.”
