“Elk at falls creek was an amazing stay. The in house restaurant Sorella had amazing food and service was fast. The menu choice I felt was a bit limited, however of the choices , all was cooked exceptionally well and all were tasty. I liked that the property has a separate entrance to use after being out on the slopes as well as the area for taking off boots was plenty and close to my room. It was a nice touch to have a separate area for relaxing away from the main dinning area. Our host Jake was……

“We absolutely loved our annual family snow week. Plenty to do on the farm for non skiers. Fresh eggs everyday, loved feeding the chickens and sheep, kids loved all of that, having an outside fire eith marshmallows and spooky stories and cosy family nights and 4 days of skiing as well. Ed was terrific showing the kids hay feeding time with the cows. Special hugs to Walter and Speckles those gorgeous pups. We are definitely returning next snow season. ”

“beautful house, great location, clean and as decribed. can't fault. if i had to offer anything constructive (but it didn't diminish from the stay) was the stove angle (leaning toward the back) made it difficult to cook eggs for instance as it pooled into the back end of the pan.also, the bbq wasn't looking great. wanted to use it but seemed very rusted on and even when i heated and cleaned, was looking little suspect. maybe get the hot plate seasoned again.”

“We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a lovely time. Most of the group was skiing but some stayed home to enjoy dinner plain walks and relaxing at the house. The place was well stocked, the linen and towels were clean with a lot of extra blankets if cold. We cooked every day and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc Very responsive with queries. ”
